Registration Info

If your paper is accepted, it is necessary to register in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings and presented in the conference. If you have more than one accepted paper, please register each paper.

Registration Fees

• Registration Fee:

  - $450 - Regular registration fee (one paper)
  - $300 - Additional paper registration (for every additional paper)
  - $400 - Student paper fee (full-time student status is required)

• Extra Conference Proceedings:

  - $100 for each extra proceeding

• Extra Pages:

  - $100 for each extra page

• Extra Banquet Tickets:

  - $60 for each extra ticket

• One copy of the Conference Proceedings
• Conference banquette on Aug. 20, 2008 and lunches from 19-21th Aug. 2008,
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks,
• Attendance at all keynote addresses, special sessions and tracks offered by the conference,
• Only one paper of up to 6 pages is included in the regular registration fee. The additional paper charge is $100.00 per page. A copy of the student ID is required to register with the student rate.

Methods of Payment

• Credit Card – preferable method – please go to registration form and fill all fields. After that you will be automatically redirected to a secured website, where payment can be made. After the transaction, Payment Confirmation page will appear, also confirmation email will be sent. Please print this page as your confirmation.


• Cheque - please go to registration form and fill all fields. After that, Payment Confirmation page will appear and a confirmation email will be sent. Please print this page and:
  1) Fax this printed page together with a copy of the cheque to ISCEng Organizing Committee. Please prepare cheque payable to “ICSEng 2008” and as description put your Paper ID. Cheque has to be in US Currency (you can fax also an international money order in US currency).

Authors

• Each paper must be registered and fully paid for
• The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted as per guidelines given by the publisher. Formattinginstructions will be emailed by IEEE CS
• Deadline for registration and full payment is May 15, 2008. Deadline for Camera Ready Paper submission is June 6, 2008. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in your paper NOT being published
