Submission

If your abstract/paper is ready to submit, please visit submission page to upload your document.

Abstracts:

We invite you to submit a two-page abstract for the purpose of reviewing by March 1, 2008. Accepted authors will be invited to submit a full paper (6 pages maximum limit) for presentation. All abstracts are to be submited in .pdf or .doc (MS Word) version by special submission system.
Submission implies the willingness of at least on of the authors to register and present the paper. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by two idependent referees of the International Program Committe of ICSEng 2008.
Accepted authors will be invited to submit a full paper. Notification of acceptance will start at April 1, 2008 - from this date the Registration be available.

Full Papers:

Authors of accepted papers will be contacted by the publisher directly regarding the publication guideline. Please note the following information:

• IEEE Computer Society will send out the electronic author kit to the communicating author of each accepted paper. It is the author's responsibility to upload the final version of the paper at the designated site by the designated date (detailed instructions will be included in the electronic author kit),

• The Camera Ready full paper is limited to 6 proceeding pages in IEEE format. If your paper exceeded 6 pages, you have to pay extra page fee for every additional page,

• Each accepted paper should be registered on before May 15, 2008 by paying the registration fee and submitting a registration form. If you have additional paper or extra pages, you have to pay the required additional fees for your registration to be valid. Student registration will be accepted only if the paper was entered as a student paper AND the registration form is accompanied by a suitable proof of student status. After May 15, 2008 any unregistered paper will be pulled out from the printed proceedings,

• Registration is complete when the payment is received and credited to ICSEng; payment can be made either by check (drawn on a US bank to "ICSEng"), International Money order or Credit Cards; all relevant information will be available on the web page (www.icseng.info, section Registration).
