To apply for a visa you need a Legal person's
invitation letter form
sent by the local organizer. To get that form,
the company/institution
of the applicant has to provide
guaranties to cover all possible costs
if necessary (including health care,
etc.).
To send a request for the Legal person's
invitation letter form you
have to do the following:
1. Register for the conference.
2. Book a hotel for the accommodation.
3. Send us an e-mail with the following data:
- First and Last name
- Date and place of birth
- Citizenship
- Passport number, date and place of issuing,
validity date
- Your address
- Your occupation
- The address of your stay during the visit to
Croatia
4. Send us a signed letter from your
institute/company filled in
according to the template here.
5. Send us a copy of confirmation of a
reservation of your accommodation.
You can e-mail scanned copies of the signed
guarantee letter and the
reservation confirmation or fax them to
the local chair Zoran Kalafatic
<zoran.kalafatic@fer.hr>, fax.
+385-1-6129-653.
Finally we need a copy of confirmation of a
reservation of your accommodation.
Upon receiving data and the letters we will send you
the invitation letter and the application form
(written in Croatian) required for the visa.
